It all began one cold, foggy morning ...

Driving down our long driveway one bitterly cold Monday morning, heading to a job that was completely uninspiring, I decided that there had to be more to this work versus life arrangement. I also knew that this something more had to involve food.

 

My passion for fresh, home cooked meals began at a young age preparing traditional European foods along side my mum and my Nonna. Most school holidays were spent preparing homemade pasta, gnocchi, pizza ... not to mention the biscuits and desserts.

Within a week of my revelation, I had given notice and work commenced constructing a commercial kitchen on our beautiful 60 acre property.
