How much food should I order?
The greatest concern when planning an event is, will there be enough food.
Based on a 3-4 hour serving of finger food recommendation is as follows:
Dinner: 10-12 portions of food per person
Lunch: 6-8 portions of food per person
After dinner: 6-8 portions of food per person
Morning or afternoon tea: 3-5 portions per person
Our party foods are portioned out for approximately 25 guests
As a general rule, for a sit down meal, we would suggest that you offer a variety, including 2 proteins & 4-6 sides.
Following these guidelines should ensure that your guests will be offered a variety of food, will have enough to eat & of course they will rave about the food!

How do I know my order has been received?
Once your order is received, we will contact you by phone or email confirming the detailing or your order.
If you don't hear from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com or on 0409 871 981
We completely understand, that sometimes life happens & plans need to change.
If you do need to cancel your order or you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as you can & we will do our best to work with you.
We do need to advise however, than if cancellations are made at short notice, we may need to charge for produce already purchased, or any labour incurred as a result of preparation work already carried out.
In the event that your are unhappy with our products or service, please contact us to discuss a resolution. We are contactable on either 0409 871 981 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the nature of our business, in most cases, we are not able to offer a replacement product. However, we will always do all that we can to find a suitable resolution.
How do I pay for my order?
It's up to you. Payments can be made securely online or via paypal, or if you prefer, give us a call & we will take your payment over the phone.
Payments can be made at your door, upon delivery via cash, eftpos or credit card.
Your credit card details are not stored by the site.
We will not sell, trade or transfer any personal information to outside parties.
Can we hire staff to cook, wait or serve beverages?
We can definitely provide staff for your event. By clicking on the 'personal staff' tab above, you can view pricing & packages available
Is the food delivered hot?
No the food in not delivered hot.
Cold items will be delivered on attractive melamine trays, ready for you to serve
Hot items will be delivered in oven proof trays, ready for you to warm them in the oven at 180°c for 10 minutes or so.
(Sauces & condiments will be delivered in a separate dish & should not be heated)
Please note: Photographs are an indication only & are not necessarily shot in the manner in which the food will be delivered.
Meals will be delivered to you cold, in cold boxes, ready for you to either heat up, or freeze, for future use. Frozen meals are best consumed within 2 months of freezing.
Your meals are prepared fresh & will keep well if refrigerated for no more than 24 hours.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery of your party food, within a 35km radius of Clarkefield. For distances further than this, a small delivery charge would apply, so please contact us to discuss.
We offer complimentary delivery within the allocated areas & time frames, as listed on the meal delivery tab.
If you are outside of this delivery area, your order would incur a $10 delivery charge. We will contact you to discuss a suitable delivery time.
